How can we help? 

We do try to provide as much information to answer all your questions on the website (See our FAQ's), but sometimes we know that you may not be able to find what you are looking for.

For questions about your order status the quickest way to do this is to use the 'Chat With Us' box at the bottom right of our website with your order number and the email address you used when you made your order.  If you have further questions you can just ask us using the chat function. 

Alternatively email enquiries@eczemaclothing.com or call 0333 240 0886 and you'll get a response within 24 hours from our customer service team at the warehouse which is open 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri.
