All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
No contract shall be deemed to exist between Cotton Comfort Ltd and a customer until we have confirmed such. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. Company registration details

Products, Prices & Content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless exempt.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Cotton Comfort Ltd does not either have access to, or keep your credit or debit card details. We process payment via services which use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe and that information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties. Cotton Comfort Ltd collects and stores the information we need to process your order and contact you regarding that order. This will include name, address, delivery address, telephone number and email address. This information is shared with delivery and payment partners so we can get your order to you but no one else. We do send newsletters from time to time - to let you know when we have something to share, Sales, Special offers or new stock arrivals. You can use the unsubscribe link if you do not wish to hear from us. Trade In Terms & Conditions
- All items for Trade In must be registered on the Eczema Clothing Trade In Portal. You will not be credited for any additional items in the parcel and these cannot be returned to you.
- Trade In garments must have a total minimum value of £5
- Buy Back price points offered are non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
- Items must be returned clean, freshly washed, unmodified with empty pockets, or the Trade In will not be accepted. We are unable to return items in this condition that are not accepted.
- Fabric must not be heavily stained, torn, have visible holes or damage or the trade-in will not be accepted. We are unable to return items in this condition that are not accepted.
- We cannot accept items made by Julie May, Happy Skin or Eco Outfitters.
- We reserve the right to refuse any products at our discretion.
- All Trade Ins are subject to a physical inspection. The final amount of the voucher may differ from the initial quote received. The price per item will not change but the item could be rejected in which case zero credit will be given.
- If we do not accept your item, we will recycle it and are not able to return it to you.
- Items capable of resale may be sold as the property of Eczema Clothing, after washing and photographing.
- Please retain all proof of postage.
- Once a Trade In is received and approved, a voucher will be sent via email. This can take up to 3 weeks from receipt of your parcel.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed at www.eczemaclothing.com
- Vouchers entitle Trade In customers to money off further purchases. Items can be from any collection, including sale items. There is no minimum spend but vouchers must be used in a single transaction and any ‘change’ will not be carried over.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Only one voucher code can be used per transaction. This includes voucher codes issues in relation to any promotions and from different Trade Ins.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed against gift cards.
